Job summary

Namify-LLC in Utah is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to run embroidery equipment, primarily at two stations. This entry-level role includes heavy training, time-management, teamwork, and a strong drive to learn and improve processes.

The position offers a Monday–Thursday shift from 4pm to 2am, with benefits such as PTO, holidays, health and life insurance, and a 401(k) with employer matching. Prior embroidery experience is helpful but not required.

• Proficient use of iPad and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery machines to produce embroidered apparel.
• Ensure correct logo, placement, size, colors, and backing.
• Maintain quality at two work stations and meet deadlines.
• Record waste and report safety issues promptly.
• Communicate with management and teams to maintain standards.
