Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator
Location: Pineville, NC
Pay: $17.50/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team in Pineville, NC. In this role, you will operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machines (Tajima) to produce high-quality decorated apparel and accessories. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced, and committed to meeting production goals with precision and efficiency.

Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial embroidery machines (Tajima).
• Load and hoop garments accurately for stitching.
• Read and interpret work orders, design sheets, and thread charts.
• Thread needles and program machine settings as required.
• Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, tension adjustments).
• Diagnose and resolve machine issues promptly.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Embroidery Machine Operator Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines.
• Familiarity with digitized embroidery files and machine control panels.
