Job description

We're looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our growing team at The Merch Company, a leading promotional products and custom apparel business based in Jacksonville, FL.

What You’ll Do:

1. Operate single-head embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, or similar).
2. Work with various garment types and placements.
3. Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. Perform industrial sewing projects, including leather patches onto hats.
5. Ensure high-quality production and on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating commercial embroidery machines.
• Familiarity with industrial sewing machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a good work ethic.
• Willingness to learn — we will train the right candidate!
