Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. seeks an Embroidery Machine Operator to set up and run embroidery machines, producing customized apparel that meets client specifications. You will maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure quality from start to finish.
You will hoop garments, manage thread sequencing, inspect output, and log jobs in the MIS while collaborating with a fast-paced team devoted to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you’ll set up and run embroidery machines to produce customized apparel that meets client specifications. You’ll manage thread sequencing, hoop garments accurately, and inspect output for quality while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Shift : 5:00am‑2:00pm
Flexibility : Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.

High school diploma or GED required.
Trade school or vocational training in apparel production or machine operation is a plus.
2–5 years in embroidery, machine operation, or apparel production preferred.
Experience with Tajima embroidery machines is a plus.
