Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Digitizer for our Innovation Design Center in Columbus, OH.

You will convert artwork into production-ready embroidery files (DST, EMB, etc.) and determine stitch types, densities, underlays, and sequencing to achieve optimal results. You will review artwork and tech packs, test and refine files, and collaborate with Embroidery Technicians during sampling to troubleshoot and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Interest in embroidery digitizing and Tajima Pulse software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Digitize artwork into production-ready embroidery files (DST, EMB, etc.).
• Determine stitch types, densities, underlays, and sequencing to suit design and garment specs.
• Review artwork and tech packs to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Test and refine files to ensure quality, efficiency, and production consistency.
• Partner with Embroidery Technicians during sampling to troubleshoot and improve stitch outcomes.
• Make adjustments based on fabric type, garment construction, and machine capabilities.
• Maintain organized file libraries and version control.
