You will operate multi-head industrial embroidery machines, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the team to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multi-head industrial embroidery machines.
• Experience setting up and running embroidery production jobs.
• Understanding of embroidery techniques, stabilizers, and fabrics.
• Ability to identify and correct quality issues during production runs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift production materials.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and production specifications.
• Set up and operate multiple 6-head industrial embroidery machines.
• Monitor embroidery runs and make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve production challenges.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines.
• Utilize stabilizers and embroidery techniques for different fabrics.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Work closely with the Department Supervisor while also being able to work independently when needed.
• Assist in other production departments as necessary.
