You will work with embroidery equipment, verify design specs, and collaborate with teammates to meet client needs while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with embroidery and customization processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, calibrate, program, adjust machines and settings.
• Hoop products and prepare materials for embroidery.
• Troubleshoot to maintain design and item quality.
• Document machine settings for future consistency.
• Package and stage finished products; support training and cross-training.
