Job summary

KURZ TRANSFER PRODUCTS in Lexington, NC is seeking an Embossing Operator to support the production of diffraction and holographic foils on RM18 equipment. This full-time night shift position requires a high school diploma and meticulous workmanship.

You will maintain production parameters, handle setup changes, monitor quality, and collaborate with finishing and QC teams while upholding clean room and safety standards. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate RM18 production of diffraction and holographic foils.
• Set up and maintain production parameters.
• Keep accurate production paperwork and records.
• Pack backup rollers for shipping.
• Maintain sleeve stock and related supplies.
• Coordinate with spooling/finishing and QC to address defects.
