Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time Software Verification & Validation Engineer in Mossville, IL to join our team onsite. The role focuses on SIL/HIL verification for embedded control systems using dSPACE, MATLAB/Simulink, and automation tools.

You will contribute to test development, automation, debugging, and collaboration with software and controls teams to meet program milestones and quality objectives. This is a hands-on, onsite engineering position with full benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field required, plus 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Strong experience with HIL/SIL testing and validation.
Experience with CAN/J1939 and Vector tools for testing.

Responsibilities

40% HIL/SIL test development and execution.
30% test automation and scripting.
20% issue investigation and debugging.
10% team collaboration, reviews, and planning.
Develop, execute, and maintain validation tests for embedded control software using dSPACE, MATLAB/Simulink, and automation tools.
