Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
- 5 years of related engineering experience; at least 2 years in military weapon analysis, repair, or testing
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering
- Experience generating technical reports and schematics
- Experience extracting binary contents from embedded systems
- Experience analyzing, operating, troubleshooting, and repairing military weapons
- Experience characterizing system algorithms from analysis of binaries
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
Responsibilities
- Reverse engineer embedded hardware and software with limited reference information
- Extract binary contents from embedded processing systems
- Analyze software binaries and analog circuits
- Generate technical reports and schematics to describe system operation
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and repair inoperable hardware
- Operate military equipment in laboratory and field test environments to support characterization efforts
- Mentor junior engineers
