Senior Software Engineer – Reverse Engineering

Radiance Technologies is an employee‑owned company located in Huntsville, AL or Dayton, OH, seeking a motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our exploitation and analysis group to start a career in reverse engineering.

Key responsibilities include experimenting on hardware and software to analyze and characterize advanced technologies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Working knowledge of calculus‑based mathematics and physics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Assembly, GCC/MSVC/CLANG.
• Experience with emulation and debugging tools such as Qemu, VS/GDB/Ollydbg/Windbg.
• Knowledge of compiler mechanics, optimizations, and security features.
• Experience with formal technical writing.
• Interest in reverse engineering tools and low‑level software/hardware mechanics.
• Strong continuous learning mindset.
• Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Desired Qualifications
