Job summary

Let’s Prototype is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to lead electronic architecture from concept to prototypes. You’ll work across hardware, firmware, and IoT, collaborating with designers, software engineers, and product managers to deliver reliable, scalable electronic systems.

Responsibilities include PCB design, firmware development in C/C++ with ESP32/FreeRTOS, power management, sensor integration, and OTAs.

Qualifications

• Experience with KiCad/EasyEDA Pro or similar EDA tools.
• Strong embedded C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience with ESP32 platforms.
• Experience with FreeRTOS.
• Knowledge of low-power embedded system design.
• Ability to work across both hardware and firmware.

Responsibilities

• Design custom PCBs from concept through manufacturing.
• Develop embedded firmware using C/C++ (ESP32, ESP-IDF) and FreeRTOS.
• Design power supply and battery management circuits.
• Integrate sensors, wireless modules, and embedded peripherals.
• Validate hardware with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab equipment.
• Collaborate with industrial designers, software engineers, and PMs.
