Productive Resources seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to join our engineering team at a customer facility in Cary, NC. The role involves planning, designing, testing, and analyzing embedded software projects within a team environment.

Responsibilities include developing tools for Open RTOS-based embedded software, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving innovation across the toolchain used by the embedded community. A BS in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in computer engineering/computer science
• Proficient in C#, C, or Java
• Experience with object-oriented software design and embedded workflows
• Strong written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Support the development of tools and scripts to improve efficiency and user experience in Open RTOS-based embedded software development
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including daily user support
• Lead innovation to define the next generation of tools for the embedded development community
