Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM with 5+ years embedded software experience (Level 3).
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Windows/Linux scripting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with software development processes and CI.
• Experience with version control tools like Subversion and Git.

Responsibilities

• Establish simulation requirements for hardware-in-the-loop platforms.
• Select interface hardware to simulate space vehicle components.
• Develop simulation models and interfaces to hardware cards.
• Interface with hardware engineers during design, build and test.
• Implement software control of simulation equipment.
• Develop and execute simulation certification tests.
• Collaborate with program engineers to integrate components and flight software.
• Prepare design docs and test results for customers.
