Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking Embedded Software Engineers to develop software for production computers in next-generation vehicle platforms.

You will integrate vendor components, implement RTOS apps, and write high-quality C/C++ code for real-time environments. This role involves hardware bring-up, low-level debugging, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to productionize software on new devices.

Qualifications

• BS/BA, MS, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree graduating by December 2026.
• Strong background in embedded software development using C/C++ and assembly languages.
• Ability to do low-level debugging on hardware to ensure complete system operation.

Responsibilities

• Integrate vendor components into a common software framework, ensuring proper low-level communication (e.g., CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI, UART etc.)
• Implement real-time operating system (RTOS) applications as required for the product
• Architect and develop high-quality C code for real-time embedded environments, including safety critical systems
• Support hardware bring-up, including low level debug of board and SoC
• Work with cross-functional teams to bring up custom software on new devices, productionize it, and manage the process for maintaining company products
