Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in embedded software development.
• Experience with C, C++, and Python; embedded Linux, FreeRTOS, or Bare-Metal.
• Experience with device drivers and communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain embedded software applications and device drivers.
• Develop software for embedded processor platforms including AMD/Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC and MicroBlaze architectures.
• Implement and debug low-level software interfaces including UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO, and other peripheral interfaces.
• Support software integration activities across hardware, FPGA, and system-level components.
• Perform software verification, debugging, root‑cause analysis, and issue resolution in laboratory and target hardware environments.
• Participate in board bring‑up, hardware/software integration, and system validation activities.
• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and software verification procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure technical, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Contribute to technical documentation, software design reviews, code reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize software development tools and configuration management systems to maintain high‑quality software deliverables.
