Job summary

All IT Solutions LLC is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer 2 to join a client engagement in Mossville, IL. The role focuses on HIL/SIL verification for embedded control systems with hands-on testing using dSPACE and MATLAB/Simulink.

The engineer will develop test plans, automate scripts, and perform root-cause investigations to support system-level verification and validation of software and hardware integrations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience with HIL/SIL verification for embedded control systems.
• Familiarity with dSPACE-based test environments and automation.
• Knowledge of software verification and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HIL/SIL verification test plans for embedded control systems and ECUs.
• Configure and troubleshoot dSPACE/Vector test benches and validation environments.
• Create automated test scripts, data collection, and reporting tools to improve test efficiency.
• Analyze defects, perform root-cause investigations, and support system-level verification.
