Job summary

New Eagle is seeking a Software Engineer I to design, develop, test, and maintain software for embedded systems, under the guidance of the Software Engineering Director and in collaboration with the Global Software Development team.

You will write clean, maintainable code in C/C++/C#, participate in Agile/Scrum processes, create documentation, and contribute to DevOps practices while continuously learning new languages and tools to support high-quality embedded applications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional engineering experience in hardware product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Code Development: write clean, maintainable front-end/back-end/mobile features as defined.
• Testing & Debugging: identify, reproduce, and fix defects; build automated tests.
• Collaboration: work with designers, product managers, and senior engineers in Agile/Scrum.
• Documentation: create and maintain technical docs, flowcharts, and code comments.
• Continuous Learning: adapt to new languages, cloud networks, and DevOps tools.
