Job summary

OASYS, INC. in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a Software Developer to design and develop embedded software for military systems.

You will contribute to all stages of the software life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, testing, and documentation, while collaborating with Cyber, Safety, Operations, and Test teams. The role requires at least 5 years of experience, proficiency in C/C++ and OO languages, Agile/Scrum practices, CI/CD, and Linux.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software development
C/C++ and other OO languages
Agile development experience, Scrum
CI and automation experience
OO programming with unit tests
AzureDevOps experience
Experience with Git and SVN
Linux experience
MS Visual Studio experience

Responsibilities

Design and develop embedded software for military systems across its full life cycle
Perform requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, testing, and documentation
Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings
Collaborate with Cyber, Safety, Operations, and Test teams to deliver quality software
Work in a team with clear goals on both new and legacy embedded systems
Receive and act on customer feedback to ensure agile delivery of a usable product
