Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed above reflects the minimum and maximum pay for this position in the primary location identified in this posting however, base pay offered may vary depending on internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Direct System Ownership: You will own the core embedded software architecture for our optical payloads, driving real‑time control, firmware, and low‑level drivers from board bring‑up through field flight tests.
Deploy Hard Tech to the Edge: Solve non‑trivial embedded challenges at the intersection of microcontrollers, high‑bandwidth data pipelines, and precise motion control under extreme environmental constraints.
High Impact: Architect the foundational software powering resilient, off‑grid optical communications for next‑generation, high‑speed network topologies.
