Job summary

GeoLogics is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to work on-site in Orlando, Florida. The position offers a W2 hourly contract with a competitive rate range of $75.00 - $102.50. Applicants will be involved in all phases of software development and must have integration and testing expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience with integration and test involving software and hardware.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Secret Cleared Embedded Real‑time Software Engineer with Ada or C/C++ experience to work in Orlando, Florida.

The candidate will experience all phases of software development, ranging from requirements analysis through code implementation and formal qualification testing.

The candidate will work Monday through Thursday, 4/10A‑1st Shift.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 8‑11+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 6‑9+ years of experience
• 3+ years of Real‑time embedded software development experience using Ada or C/C++
• 3+ years of integration and test experience involving software and hardware

Desired Skills

• Linux/VxWorks operating systems experience
• Experience as a software engineer working with multi‑disciplined teams
• GitLab CI/CD Pipelines
