Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Linthicum, MD is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join our Software Technologies Organization. You will contribute to SSE software, cybersecurity, and software assurance across the full software lifecycle, primarily using C/C++ and Python in an embedded environment.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and a current Secret Clearance to start; prior experience with DevSecOps, Linux, VxWorks, and Real-Time OS is highly valued.

Qualifications

The new team member will help develop, enhance and maintain software on cutting edge products and systems. Candidates will work on software systems for mission systems in all phases of the software development lifecycle, primarily in C/C++.What You'll Get To Do:The Embedded Software Engineer will focus on System Security Engineering (SSE) Software (e.g. Cybersecurity, Program Protection). This includes security software development; software integration and test; DevSecOps; and similar subjects. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
