Job Description & Skill Requirements:
  • Responsible for creating and managing system derived and decomposed requirements.
  • Develop a Systems Engineering lifecycle plan.
  • Capture Stakeholder Expectations (customer requirements).
  • Develop System level requirements and allocate them to architecture elements (system, hardware, software).
  • Support the development of hardware & software requirements.
  • Support the development of interface control documents.
  • Support the development of verification test plans & procedures.
  • Generate and maintain a Verification Cross Reference Matrix.
  • Coordinate requirements changes, deviations & waivers.
  • Support the development and review of design documents.
  • Carry out Power system testing per Mil-Std-1275, Mil-Std 810, Mil-Std-704 requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering teams (systems, firmware, software, hardware, testing, and mechanical engineering).
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
