Job summary

Securitas Technology Corporation (STC) seeks an Embedded Technician to service STC security systems at customer sites. You will handle intrusion, CCTV and access control installations, perform preventive maintenance, and support new system start-ups to guarantee operational readiness.

With a focus on safety and professional customer service, you will maintain documentation, assist with project work, and contribute to contract retention while growing technical expertise in fiber/IP technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 1–2 years installing/servicing Access Control and CCTV.
• CCure 900 and Lenel certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Service intrusion, CCTV, and access control systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance: inspect, adjust, clean, calibrate equipment.
• Reduce callbacks by completing maintenance within scheduled hours.
• Assist with start-up of new equipment and check-out of systems.
• Plan basic installations and support start-up activities.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to safety policies.
• Build customer relations and support contract retention.
• Keep documentation up to date and protect proprietary information.
