Qualifications

• Shipped production code to millions of devices.
• Experience with electromechanical systems or cameras/optics.
• Familiar with Tock OS, Ferrocene, Hubris, or similar environments.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and either FOC or RF.
• Strong opinions on CPU ISAs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CMs/OEMs on specification discovery and embedded software updates across the hardware stack.
• Bring up and manage automated hardware integration tests (HIL) across embodiments.
• Develop pathOS, the embedded Rust operating system for mainboard PCBs and actuators.
• Prototype and validate new sensors with ML and mechanical teams.
