Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 4+ years embedded development experience.
• 2+ years embedded Rust experience.
• Open-source contributions to embedded Rust ecosystem is desirable.
• Experience with TI MSPM0 or NXP microcontrollers.
• Ability to read schematics and data sheets.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Migrate embedded C modules to Rust.
• Design and implement drivers and modules in Rust.
• Collaborate on test plans; run unit and HIL tests.
• Expand use of open-source tooling.
• Work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams in an Agile environment.
• Assist in defining product specifications.
• Coordinate with systems team on software and test requirements.
• Follow SDLC processes to ensure quality.
