Job summary

Control Risks is seeking an embedded Business Resilience Specialist to support a Fortune 50 technology client, strengthening enterprise-wide preparedness. You will drive standards and governance across crisis leadership teams, deliver cross-program initiatives in Business Continuity, Employee Readiness, and Crisis Management, and push senior stakeholders from strategy to execution.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience in an operation, project management, consulting, or equivalent environment.
• 1+ years in the Risk and Resilience space, crisis management preferred.
• Autonomy to translate strategic direction into actionable plans with minimal guidance.
• Experience coordinating across teams and managing projects against KPIs through to completion.
• Experience developing and documenting procedures and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Organize activities supporting crisis and resiliency across projects and business units.
• Drive standardized methodology for planning, training, and exercises across crisis leadership teams.
• Deliver initiatives spanning Business Continuity, Employee Readiness, and Crisis Management.
• Collaborate to build program awareness and improve preparedness capabilities.
• Innovate tools to accelerate resiliency program management implementations.
