Job summary

IERUS Technologies is seeking an Embedded Developer to design, develop, and validate embedded software for prototype RF systems. You will join a multidisciplinary team to integrate software and hardware components into high-quality prototypes used to validate radar processing algorithms.

Responsibilities include designing interface architecture, implementing firmware, developing radar processing software, and creating user GUIs for test teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering required.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing techniques.
• Experience with C/C++ and scripting languages (MATLAB, Python).
• Familiarity with HDL (VHDL/Verilog).
• Experience with Xilinx Vivado and PetaLinux builds.

Responsibilities

• Design embedded interface architecture to system level requirements.
• Implement firmware to interface PS/PL and other components.
• Develop software to implement radar processing algorithms.
• Generate interface documentation between software/firmware interface.
• Develop user GUI and manual for test team to execute tests.
• Analyze data to determine root cause of failure and generate reports.
• Coordinate development with engineers across IERUS locations to meet milestones.
