Students will have the opportunity to collaborate with engineers to support project development lifecycle from Planning, Requirements Design, Built, Test and Delivery phases of product that meet Draper Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015 and Customer specific requirements. The individual will work with task lead and team of engineers, developers on test requirements, manufacturing process and product, and test equipment.
Applicant must be enrolled in an accredited Science, Technology, or Engineering curriculum. The ideal candidate must be a self-directed learner and must have a clearly exceptional academic record. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to work as part of a team, are essential. Strong desire for learning and attention to detail is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $20.00 - $45.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
