Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking an Experienced Product Security Engineer to lead the architecture and security of embedded avionics hardware and edges compute for Air Dominance programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure secure, scalable designs across lifecycle phases.

Role requires 1+ years in avionics development, strong cyber security incident response knowledge, and the ability to meet DoD RMF/JSIG requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in development, integration and verification of aircraft avionics systems.
• Knowledge of cyber security incident response protocols and safeguarding information.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems architecture, design and development from conceptual platform to hardware.
• Document system requirements and translate to scalable hardware designs.
• Use MBSE to validate designs meet requirements.
• Manage suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of components.
• Define and enforce standards for development teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop secure architectures and designs.
• Support product security engineering across lifecycle of avionics systems.
