Job summary

LMR Technical Group seeks a seasoned Physical Therapist to provide embedded musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation for Air National Guard Tactical Air Control Party operators. You will function as an independent clinician, evaluating, diagnosing, and preventing injuries to enhance readiness and performance.

Required are a DPT, current unrestricted license, CPR/AED, and at least five years of PT experience with high-performance populations. Travel and installation access may be required.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Physical Therapy license in any U.S. state or territory.
• CPR and AED certification current.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience supporting tactical military athletes, collegiate/professional sports, aerospace, or similar high-performance populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations and movement assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs.
• Provide injury prevention, corrective exercise, mobility, and return-to-duty interventions.
• Manage acute and chronic neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Maintain patient documentation in Government-approved medical systems.
• Educate operators on injury prevention and readiness.
• Advise leadership on injury trends and program improvements.
