Job summary

Strativ Group seeks a Motor Drive Firmware Engineer to develop high-performance embedded firmware for precision electromechanical systems. You will work with electrical, mechanical, and systems engineers to design, integrate, test, and optimize motor-control solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in embedded firmware with motor control, strong knowledge of BLDC/PMSM motors, and proficiency in C/C++ on MCUs such as STM32 or TI C2000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of embedded firmware experience, preferably with motor control.
• Strong knowledge of BLDC/PMSM motors, motor drivers, and power electronics.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and microcontrollers such as STM32, TI C2000, or similar.
• Experience with real-time control systems and hardware debugging.

Responsibilities

• Implement control algorithms such as PID and FOC for BLDC/PMSM motors.
• Support motor-control hardware bring-up and troubleshooting.
• Debug systems using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers.
• Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and deterministic operation.
• Test and validate motor systems in laboratory and field environments.
