Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of embedded software experience.
• Proficient Python programming skills.
• Experience developing software on Linux-based systems.
• Understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering principles.
• Experience debugging complex issues in embedded environments.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT, WebSocket.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and automated tests.
• Ability to work with AI-assisted development tools and maintainability practices.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and support embedded software for Linux-based AV products.
• Develop Python-based apps, services, diagnostic tools, and hardware integrations.
• Translate requirements into reliable, secure software designs and debug accordingly.
• Create unit, integration, automated, and regression tests and resolve defects.
