Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc in Irvine, CA is seeking an Embedded C/C++ Software Engineer for an onsite role. You will contribute to requirements analysis, architectural design, and module implementation for safety-critical embedded systems.

You will work with RTOS, device drivers, and hardware interfaces, performing board and OS bring-up and thorough testing in a regulated development environment. This position requires strong collaboration and technical communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years related experience.
• Mastery of software engineering methodologies and best practices for embedded development in C/C++.
• Experience with various SDLC models (Waterfall, V, Iterative, Incremental, Spiral, Agile).
• Extensive experience with hardware interface development including board bring-up, OS bring-up, and device drivers.
• Proficient with peripheral interfaces (UART, USB, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, RS232, RS422) and protocols like CAN, TCP/IP, UDP.
• Hands-on experience with electronics test/measurement equipment.
• Experience with RTOS and safety-critical processes.
• MOS A principles or FACE standards a plus.
