Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related discipline.
2+ years of HR experience with hands-on knowledge across core areas.

Serve as trusted HR Partner to managers and employees with expert guidance on HR policies.
Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR programs.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, compensation, and job classifications with compliant processes.
Prepare workforce reports and HR dashboards to support decision-making.
