Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; minimum 2 years for Associate.
• 5+ years HR experience for Staff level.
• Experience providing consultative guidance to managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR Partner to managers and employees with guidance on HR policies and employment law.
• Build relationships and resolve employee concerns with timely, compliant solutions.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR programs and services.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and staffing strategies.
• Prepare workforce reports and HR dashboards to inform decision-making.
• Contribute to annual performance and compensation review processes.
