Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 2+ years of hands-on embedded hardware experience.
• Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with MCU based embedded hardware bring-up and testing.
• Proficiency with lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, power supplies).
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design/layout using ECAD tools.
• Experience with circuit simulation and engineering analysis.
• Knowledge of MCU peripherals (GPIO, timers, ADCs, serial interfaces).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and validate MCU-based embedded hardware platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, systems, test, and reliability engineers.
• Create hardware bring-up plans, validation procedures, and documentation.
• Design MCU interface circuitry and protection circuits.
• Troubleshoot MCU peripherals and system-level interactions with firmware teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis and isolate issues in hardware and software.
• Provide technical risk assessments and contribute to design decisions.
