Swarmbotics AI, Inc. seeks an Embedded Hardware Engineer to design, develop and validate the main board for the FireAnt UGV platform.

You will own power conversion, motor bus, embedded MCU subsystems, CAN/Ethernet, and sensor I/O across the full lifecycle from requirements to field support. The role requires hands-on PCB design, firmware bring-up, and integration with mechanical teams, with emphasis on high reliability in defense contexts.

Formación

• Proficiency in mixed-signal and power circuit design for battery-powered systems.
• Schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout in Altium Designer with high-current copper planning.
• Experience with DC-DC conversion, protection circuits, and connector wiring for motor buses.

Responsabilidades

• Design and document the FireAnt main board architecture and power distribution.
• Develop firmware interfaces for CAN, Ethernet, and sensor I/O.
• Support board bring-up, test, and fielded-robot troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with mechanical team on PCBA integration and thermal design.
