Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an Embedded Firmware Test Engineer to coordinate testing activities in the Lab and oversee a team of Lab Technicians. You will design, develop, modify and evaluate electronic parts and circuitry for electrical equipment and hardware systems.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–6 years of test and measurement experience, with familiarity in UL/CSA/NEC standards and hands‑on test equipment. On-site work in the U.S. is expected.
The Embedded Firmware Test Engineer coordinates the activities of a group of Lab Technicians engaging in the testing of wiring devices and components thereof and works independently to oversee the tests and ensure tests are being completed. The Test Engineer designs, develops, modifies and evaluates electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment, or other hardware systems and/or electrical engineering applications.
