The role requires hands‑on debugging, lab work with oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers, thorough documentation, and active participation in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundations in DSP fundamentals.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or MATLAB.
• Experience with debugging tools and laboratory equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 0–5 years of experience developing or testing DSP algorithms or embedded software.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Master's degree with focus on Signal Processing or Communication Theory preferred.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement DSP algorithms using C/C++ for embedded and real-time systems.
• Develop signal processing models and simulations using Python or MATLAB.
• Generate test vectors and evaluate algorithm performance.
• Perform system integration, laboratory testing and debugging.
• Utilize oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and software debugging tools.
• Maintain technical documentation, test results, and API specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during design reviews and Agile development.
• Modify and optimize DSP algorithms for improved system performance.
• Participate in code reviews and Scrum meetings.
• Support development and testing of real-time embedded software.
