Job summary

Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to advance CI/CD, GitOps, and embedded Linux for vehicle electronic systems in Sterling Heights, MI. You will build and maintain pipelines, manage source control, and help secure software delivery for safety-critical applications.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. You will collaborate with diverse teams using Jira, Confluence, and IBM DOORS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline as listed in the qualifications.
• 5-7 years of professional DevSecOps, software, or embedded systems experience.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Experience with GitOps, deployment automation, and version control tools.

Responsibilities

• Support DevSecOps activities for vehicle electronic systems and software integration.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Implement GitOps to automate deployment and infrastructure management.
• Manage source code with Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, and related tools.
• Maintain documentation using Confluence and GitLab Wiki.
• Develop automation scripts with Bash, Python, Go, or similar.
• Troubleshoot embedded software and hardware/software integration issues.
• Develop long-life C/C++ software for embedded and safety-critical apps.
• Support Linux-based development environments including drivers and bootloaders.
• Maintain embedded Linux build environments (Yocto, Buildroot, OpenEmbedded).
• Support secure software deployment using SELinux, verified boot, and trusted execution environments.
