Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our Core Engineering team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The role focuses on hardware and firmware development across design, test, and GenAI-enabled workflows.

You will work on embedded firmware/software for Yoto Linux, create new features with GenAI tools, and apply Agile practices to design and test while developing strong analytical and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with C/C++/Python.
• Strong communication, analytical and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware/software on embedded Yoto Linux environment.
• Create new features/software/development with the use of GenAI tools.
• Learn and use Agile Development for product design and test.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying discrepancies and resolving them with the team.
• Stay updated with trends in data analytics and apply new techniques.
