Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to design well-architected software systems and modules for new tech or existing functionality enhancements.
• Proven track record as a lead software engineer on complex projects and ability to decompose requirements into tasks.
• Strong C, C++, C#, Java coding skills with knowledge of data structures and OO design.

Responsibilities

• Improve CI infrastructure performance and reliability for embedded software.
• Integrate automated testing into the CI system and manage test reporting.
• Design and implement new CI/build system functionalities using Python, JavaScript, or other languages.
• Lead software engineering activities as an individual contributor for new products and applications.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with design engineering during reviews and product development planning.
