Job summary

The Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University is seeking a highly skilled Resiliency Automation Engineer to support embedded systems development in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure code stability, security, and maintainability through the development of CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in programming languages such as C, C++, and Java, along with experience in managing static analysis tools. Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience with a BS, or 5 years with an MS, or 2 years with a Ph.D.
• Willingness to travel (25%) for meetings and conferences.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
