Overview

The Technical Lead will play a critical role in managing technology within projects and providing expert technical guidance in Embedded C development. This role involves leading and mentoring development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, and driving the successful delivery of high-quality embedded systems solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards in Embedded C development, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills in Embedded C and firmware development.
• Ensure process compliance within the assigned module by participating in technical discussions, reviews, and feasibility studies.
• Evaluate technical alternatives, architecture best practices, and risk mitigation strategies for embedded systems.
• Prepare and present detailed status reports, proactively managing risks, minimizing exposure, and ensuring timely resolution of escalations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Embedded C programming with a strong foundation in firmware development.
• In-depth knowledge of embedded systems design principles and architectures.
• Strong understanding of debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and hardware interfacing.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in Embedded Systems or related fields, such as Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (CESE) or equivalent.
