Job summary

Socure is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to move AI-assisted RiskOS workflows from concept to production for large strategic customers. You will own the path from discovery and scoping to design, build, deployment, evaluation, and adoption, solving problems where speed, trust, and control matter.

You will work embedded with customers, turning policies and data sources into scalable workflows and reusable templates, partnering across product, engineering, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical ability with APIs, integrations, data mappings, or production systems.
• Candidates should own a customer problem from discovery to production with good tradeoffs.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and stakeholders to ship outcomes.
• Ability to balance architecture, implementation, and product tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Build with strategic customers and partners to understand workflows and constraints.
• Own deployments from prototype to production and drive adoption.
• Translate policies and processes into RiskOS workflows and data mappings.
• Write code and integrate with customer infrastructure and tools.
• Define agentic workflows and tune them through testing and feedback.
• Turn learnings into reusable templates and product capabilities.
