Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Manager OEM for the Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Central. You will lead the front desk, ensure warm welcomes, efficient check-ins, and oversee occupancy and revenue strategies while maintaining guest satisfaction.

This overtime-eligible management role requires a strong hospitality background, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. On-site in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year or 4-year degree with related experience.
• 5+ years hospitality experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel/Word.
• Valid driver’s license for local travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience Extraordinaire: Deliver standout service from check-in to check-out, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for.
• Front Desk Leader: Motivate and guide the team, uphold standards, ensure smooth procedures and high morale.
• Smooth Operator: Identify and resolve issues proactively, keeping operations running smoothly.
• Revenue & Communication Ace: Maximize room revenue with smart rate strategies and clear internal/guest communication.

Education

2 year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.

5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience

Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing

Valid driver’s license from the applicable state
