Embassy Suites Baltimore at BWI Airport in Linthicum Heights, MD is hiring a Cook to prepare and supervise food across all outlets, including restaurant, café, room service, employee cafeteria and banquets. You will lead kitchen staff, ensure high-quality dishes, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

The role requires 1 year of experience or culinary training with 1 year in a hotel setting; Food Handlers Certification is required.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Food Handlers Certification required (must comply with State requirements)
• Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
• A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
