Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group seeks an Embalmer Apprentice for Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary in Kaneohe, Hawaii. The role supports embalmers and funeral directors, upholds the highest standards of care, and participates in a team dedicated to compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently completed an accredited mortuary program
• Experience handling sensitive situations in a professional manner
• Understanding of the services and products available
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry

Responsibilities

• Perform embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased in accordance with OSHA standards and under supervision
• Maintain a sterile and safe work environment per company and regulatory rules
• Prepare complete and accurate documents related to services provided

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an Embalmer Apprentice to join our team at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Responsibilities

• Perform embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased using appropriate precautions and OSHA standards in a manner that honors the deceased, under the guidance of a Funeral Director or Licensed Embalmer.


• Maintains a sterile and safe work environment consistent with company, government, and industry rules and

Compensation of $20-25/hr.
