Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a seasoned Pilot-in-Command to lead EMB-145 operations in the United States. You will set the flight deck tone through clear communication, disciplined procedures, and safe, on-time execution across the network.

In this role you will command EMB-145 flights, coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and crew, and utilize PEDs/EFBs for charts, performance, and reporting while upholding the highest safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• ATP (FAA) license required.
• Medical: Class 1 required.
• At least 1 year Part 135 or Part 121 flight experience.
• Right to work in the United States.
• Valid passport and documentation allowing entry after international flight.
• Must pass TSA criminal background checks.
• Must pass DOT drug screening.
• FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit.

Responsibilities

• Command EMB-145 flights across the network, maintaining safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Use PEDs/EFBs for charts, performance, and reporting.
